Core Pump: This class offers ab training with some low to moderate intensity cardio training to keep that heart going strong. 

Fall Family Fitness Program: The entire family will be able to work out together and learn exercises that they can do together at home. We will be doing calisthenics and utilizing different pieces of equipment depending on the instructor’s choice for the workout of the day. 

Fit Factory: This interval training class is everything you need to stay encouraged, engaged, and moving! 

Fitness Equipment Orientation: Orientations for fitness equipment are voluntary and last approximately 45 minutes. Annual and Fitness Memberships are required.

"Stay Strong" Senior Aerobics: This is an hour class for mature, active adults that targets not only muscular strength, muscular endurance, but also aids in improving cardiopulmonary and mental health

Stroller Fit: Calling all new parents! You will learn many exercises the family can do together at home while being able to get a good workout in during the class and socialize. 

Strength and Tone: This program incorporates light weights and high repetitions to help your body get a nice, toned figure. 

Directions on how to participate in a fitness class: Stop by the Recreation Center at which the class is being held to sign up for a fitness membership, pay a set fee, OR pay a small drop-in fee rate per class.
