We have made the process of applying for various ROW permits more convenient by introducing our electronic Permit Application System, accessible online through the City's Public Access Permit System.  

To get started, all users must first enroll/register in the system. The registration process is quick and easy, allowing you to begin submitting applications promptly. During registration, please provide an active email address.
