The Customer Service Division implements the water meter reading, billing, and payment processes for the department.
The Customer Service Division's responsibilities include:
Reading and maintaining the City's water meters
Partnering with Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) to provide combined billing for sewer, water, and wastewater treatment through HRUBS
Responding to citizen account and service inquiries
