The Community Development Division strives to improve the quality of life of Suffolk citizens by combining the functions of Property Maintenance, Zoning Enforcement and Building Inspections. And by providing coordinated activities with neighborhood and business leaders for a comprehensive one stop building, zoning and housing inspections program.
