PRUDEN BOULEVARD/ROUTE 460 LANE CLOSURES PART OF SCHEDULED ROADWORK
Beginning 8 a.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019, a contractor will have the two inside lanes (one eastbound and one westbound) in the 5000 block of Pruden Boulevard/Route 460 at Old Myrtle Road closed for striping in preparation of a new temporary traffic pattern. Traffic will be transitioned to the outside lanes, restricting traffic to one lane in each direction until 8 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2019.
Beginning 8 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2019, a contractor will have both westbound travel lanes in the 5000 block of Pruden Boulevard/Route 460 at Old Myrtle Road closed. Traffic will be transitioned to the eastbound lanes, restricting traffic to one lane in each direction for approximately 4 to 9 weeks.
Message boards have been placed to notify motorists of the upcoming change in traffic pattern. Additionally, the speed limit within the work zone area will be lowered to 45 miles per hour beginning on Thursday, November 21st until the end of the project.
Any future changes in traffic patterns will be updated as needed.
