Suffolk Parks & Recreation is proud to announce the debut of Virtual Fitness Classes on Facebook live. 

Due to the current closure of our Recreational Facilities amid concerns about the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and social distancing as recommended by the CDC, today we began offering our first ever Virtual Fitness Classes. The Classes offered will be announced on Facebook the morning of the Class per the availability of our Instructors. The Facebook live Classes will follow the normal schedule of Class offerings at the East Suffolk Recreation Center and Whaleyville Recreation Center and include offerings for all ages. We encourage you to tune in to our Facebook live Fitness Classes.
