DESIGN PUBLIC MEETING PITCHKETTLE ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT 

 

The City of Suffolk will be holding a public meeting for the Pitchkettle Road Realignment Project (UPC 113126) at Saint Paul Baptist Church, located at 806 Lincoln Avenue, on Thursday September 24, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.


The purpose of the meeting is for the City to display three potential design alternatives to the public and present an opportunity for citizens to provide feedback. City staff will be present and available to answer questions and receive feedback on the project.


Due to COVID-19, social distancing requirements will be in place and it is requested that all attendees wear a mask. The meeting will be held outside and will include several displays in order to maintain social distancing. All attendees will be provided with a project information packet, as well as a comments form.  Comments may be submitted at the meeting, or emailed to the Project Manager, Luke Drylie ldrylie@suffolkva.us, or mailed to:
