The City of Suffolk Social Services Department has launched a new online appointment system for clients for virtual or in-person appointments. Social Services is currently providing most services by appointment only. 

Clients can visit https://suffolkvaschedulingtest.as.me/schedule.php or go to the Social Services Page (http://www.suffolkva.us/760/Social-Services) on the City’s web site and clicking the Book An Appointment button on the page.

If customers require assistance booking an appointment, it is recommended they call 757-514-7450 or email dssscheduling@suffolkva.us.
