Board of Zoning Appeals Duties

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the power, duty and authority to hear and decide variances, appeals, special exceptions, and map interpretations, and to exercise such other powers as may be granted by this Ordinance pursuant to VC §§ 15.2-2309 to 15.2-2312. Where the Board of Zoning Appeals has rendered a final decision relating to any application for development approval, it shall not consider any application which is substantially the same application for a period of one (1) year thereafter.
