Report Code Violations

When reporting Unified Development Ordinance or City Code violations, please be as specific as possible as to the nature of the complaint (e.g., broken down vehicle, unmaintained property, filling wetlands, etc.) and to the location (e.g., address, intersection, waterway, etc.) the violation has occurred.

• Cars Parked on Grass in Front Yard
• Trash & Debris
• Illegal Home Business
  • Ex. Auto Repair, etc.
• Building without Permit
• Housing Violations/Unsafe Structure
  • Ex. Broken Windows
  • Ex. Peeling Paint
  • Ex. Gutters/Roofs & Related Structural Issues
• Historic District: no certificate of appropriateness posted
  • Ex. Re-Roofing
  • Ex. Painting a different color
• Wetlands
  • Ex. Tree Removal in Wetlands
  • Ex. Structure Built Without Permit (i.e., pier, rip rap, etc.)
