all residential areas of the City, dogs are not permitted to run at-large or off of the owner's property, unless secured by a leash and
under the control of a responsible person. For reference purposes,
the enforcement area is formally identified on a
map filed in the
Office of the City Clerk, located at the Municipal Center at 441 Market Street.
