Budget & Strategic Planning

The Department of Budget and Strategic Planning develops and executes the Annual Financial Plan and multi-year Capital Improvement Program, monitors expenditures and revenues, conducts fiscal analyses, promotes adherence to the City’s adopted financial policies and best financial management practices, collaborates with the Department of Finance in securing debt financing, and provides technical assistance, strategic planning, and performance measurement services to all city government departments and functions.
