The Mills E. Godwin Courts Complex is located at 150 N. Main Street in Downtown Suffolk. Parking is available in a large lot at the rear of the building, and on-street parking is available in front of the building on Main Street. This brand new structure houses the Circuit Court , the General District Court, and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court. The Mills E. Godwin Courts Complex is where all legal business for the City of Suffolk is conducted - please contact the appropriate court for further information.

The Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court has a Court Services Unit that offers limited legal services to citizens. These services include, and are limited to: assisting citizens, victims, and law enforcement officers file petitions for matters which fall under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
