11. Public Hearing – A public hearing to receive public comment on the allocation of the Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG)

An ordinance to accept and appropriate the Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant from the U. S. Department of Justice and appropriating a local cash match – First Reading

12. Ordinance – An ordinance amending Chapter 54 entitled “Miscellaneous Offenses” of the Code of the City of Suffolk, Virginia, to include a section regarding panhandling (This item was continued from the September15, 2004, City Council Meeting)

13. Staff Report – Establish Storm Water Utility Committee

14. Motion – A motion to schedule a Work Session for October 20, 2004, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled
