Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit C24-04, submitted by Quinton Barnes on behalf of Big Bear, LLC, property owner, to permit a nightclub in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance 13. Public Hearing – Rezoning Request RZ6-04 (Conditional) submitted by Robert T. Williams of Tri-City Developers, LLC on behalf of Church of God and Saints of Christ, property owner, for a zoning change for 8.62 acres (Tract No. 2A) from RM, Residential Medium Density, to RU, Residential Urban, and for 6.56 acres (Tract No. 2B) from RM, Residential Medium Density to RU, Residential Urban.
