17. Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit Request C22-04, submitted by Adria L. The subject property is located at 210 North Lloyd Street and is further identified as Tax Map 35F, Block LA, Parcel {T 74, Cypress Voting Borough, Nansemond Taxing District, zoned RM, Residential Medium Density District.

18. Public Hearing – A public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposal to restrict through trucks on Bennetts Pasture Road, Shoulders Hill Road, and a certain section of Knotts Neck Road

Public Hearing – A public hearing on a resolution declaring that a public necessity exists for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, roadway and drainage improvements, and for municipal purposes generally, in and on certain real estate owned by: William H. Sears and Murtie W. Sears; Howard Mann, Jr., and Linda E. Mann; John B. Hadder, III; James E. Harper and Ida Harper; WVEC Television, Inc. a/k/a Dallas Radio, Inc.; and WTKR TV, Inc.; and to authorize the taking of a portion of said real estates by condemnation

20. Public Hearing – A resolution authorizing the City Manager, on behalf of the City, to acquire certain property owned by Keith and Susan Weaver, and to Transfer Certain City property to Keith and Susan

21. Resolution – A resolution supporting early expenditure by the School Board for the construction of Creekside Elementary School
