Public Hearing – Conditional Use Permit Request C9-05, submitted by Horton Wray March of Sunrise Gardens, Inc., contract purchaser, on behalf of Angus I. Hines, Inc. property owner, to permit the operation of a nursery/greenhouse with on premise retail sales in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance 16. Public Hearing – STREET VACATION REQUEST, SV-1-04, submitted by Dakota Associated, LLC, applicant, for the vacation of approximately 678 linear feet of the western end of Hunter Street and approximately 100 linear feet of the western end of Webb Street 17.
