The property is identified as the small notch of approximately 0.5849 acres which is a portion of Tax Map 33*X that projects into the 114-acre tract, Tax Map 33*13 15. Public Hearing - A resolution to endorse project applications under the Transportation Enhancement Grant Program 16. Public Hearing - Rezoning Request RZ7-06 (Conditional), submitted by Whitney G. Motion - A motion to withdraw Rezoning Request RZ-5-06, initiated by the Suffolk City Council for rezoning approximately 15 acres from RL, Residential Low Density to CP, Commerce Park at the southeast quadrant of the Pitchkettle Road, Route 58 Bypass adjacent to the western boundary of the Westhaven Lakes Subdivision. The property is further identified as Tax Map 34, Part of Parcel 24, Suffolk Voting Borough, Nansemond Taxing District 21.
