Public Hearing - Rezoning Request RZ15-06 (Conditional), Virginia Home Air Conditioning and Appliance Enterprises, Inc., submitted by John D. Eure, Jr., Attorney, applicant, on behalf of Paul J. Damato, property owner, for a change in zoning of approximately 2-acres from A, Agricultural, to M1, Light Industrial District (Conditional). 13. Public Hearing - Authorization of Debt Issuance An ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds, in the maximum amount of $3,500,000 and the refunding of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Suffolk Economic Development Revenue Bonds (Suffolk Hotel and Conference Center Project) Series 2003 with the issuance and sale of General Obligation Refunding Bonds, in the maximum amount of $21,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof 14. Ordinance - An ordinance amending Chapter 2, “Administration” of the Code of the City of Suffolk so as to establish the Freedom of Information Act Office 15. Ordinance - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Suffolk authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute a contract for audit services 16. Resolution - A resolution authorizing the appropriation of up to $15,000 in support of the Virginia Scholarship and Youth Development Foundation 17. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for April 4, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled 18.
