13. Public Hearing - Authorization of Debt Issuance

An ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds, in the maximum amount of $3,500,000 and the refunding of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Suffolk Economic Development Revenue Bonds (Suffolk Hotel and Conference Center Project) Series 2003 with the issuance and sale of General Obligation Refunding Bonds, in the maximum amount of $21,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof

14. Ordinance - An ordinance amending Chapter 2, “Administration” of the Code of the City of Suffolk so as to establish the Freedom of Information Act Office
