Ordinance - Conditional Use Permit Request C14-06, submitted by Henry W. Morgan of Suffolk Materials, LLC, on behalf of Kirk Timber and Farming Company, Stoney Landing Associates and Ann Kirk of Everets Road Associates, property owners, to permit the construction of a borrow pit in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance - This item was tabled at the April 18, 2007, City Council Meeting. 23.
