20. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C19-07, submitted by Theodore A. and Peggy L. Eudy, property owners, for a detached accessory dwelling unit on a 1.57 acre parcel in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-701 (b)(13) of the Unified Development Ordinance
