Mitchell Wilcox, P.E. of Commonwealth Engineering Group, Ltd., on behalf of Susan Beckwith of Apple Tree Learning Centers, applicant and West End Baptist Church, property owner, to establish a day care and learning center in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31- 406-1 of the Unified Development Ordinance 17. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C12-07, submitted by Glen W. Hampton, Esq. of Bowman Green Hampton & Kelly, PLLC on behalf of Tina L. Harris of Cingular Wireless, Inc., and Michael D. Duman, property owner to construct a monopole telecommunications tower of 129 feet in accordance with sections 31-306, 31- 406-1, and 31-716 of the Unified Development Ordinance 18. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request, C09-07, submitted by R. Mitchell Wilcox, PE, of Commonwealth Engineering Group, Ltd., on behalf of Oak Grove Baptist Church, property owner, for a sanctuary addition to a large religious assembly in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406-1 of the Unified Development Ordinance 20. Public Hearing - Street Vacation Request, sv3-07, submitted by Galberry Corporation, property owner, for the vacation of 4,341.06 square feet of right-of-way located in the Brians Lane cul-de-sac. The property affected is located at Tax Map 33P, Parcels 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63, Holy Neck Voting Borough, and zoned RL, Residential Low Density District 21. Public Hearing - Ordinance Text Amendment, 0A3-07, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Article 4, Zoning, Section 31-407, Dimensional and Density Regulations, Table 407-1.1 22. Motion - A motion regarding the acceptance of a bid for the lease of Hanger D-1 23. Motion - A motion to transfer Contingency funds to provide funding for the City Reception at the 2007 Peanut Fest 24.
