16.       Ordinance - Subdivision Variance Request V5-07, submitted by Justin W. Nelson, property owner, requesting a variance from Section 31-514 (a) (2) of the Unified Development Ordinance which requires that a family transfer parcel be held by the immediate family member who received it for a minimum of 10 years unless subject to an involuntary transfer (This item was continued from the June 18, 2008, City Council meeting.)
