Consent Agenda - A resolution to provide a salary supplement to the General Registrar of the City of Suffolk in accordance with § 24.2-111 of the Code of Virginia 9. Consent Agenda - A resolution to transfer capital funds for reimbursement of construction costs associated with the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts Building Project 10. Consent Agenda - A resolution to accept and appropriate funds for the National Recreation and Parks Association “Take Me Fishing Initiative” 11. Consent Agenda - A resolution to accept and appropriate additional revenues for unanticipated tornado and fuel expenses 12. Consent Agenda - A resolution initiating amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance in regard to appropriate residential infill development in existing neighborhoods 13. Ordinance - Subdivision Variance Request V5-07, submitted by Justin W. Nelson, property owner, requesting a variance from Section 31-514 (a) (2) of the Unified Development Ordinance which requires that a family transfer parcel be held by the immediate family member who received it for a minimum of 10 years unless subject to an involuntary transfer (This item was continued from the June 18, 2008, City Council meeting.) 17.
