15. Public Hearing - An ordinance granting a Rezoning Request RZ02-09, for a        change in zoning from M2, Heavy Industrial to RC, Residential Compact for          property located on Clary’s Drive

16. Public Hearing - An ordinance granting a Conditional Use Permit Request C15-  08, submitted by Warren C. and Kathryn L. Dewitt, property owners, for an        after-the-fact detached accessory dwelling unit on approximately 1.24 acres in            accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-701(b)(13) of the Unified            Development Ordinance
