15. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit C2-08, submitted by Ashley Bridgeway, LLC, property owner, to permit Warehouse and Freight Storage (Outdoor Storage or Loading) in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance

16. Public Hearing - Street Vacation Request, SV05-07, submitted by Anthony W. Smith of Constance Investors, LC, property owner, for the vacation of a 2,908-square foot portion of the West Constance Road right of way

17. Ordinance - Subdivision Variance Request V5-07, submitted by Justin W. Nelson, property owner, requesting a variance from Section 31-514 (a) (2) of the Unified Development Ordinance which requires that a family transfer parcel be held by the immediate family member who received it for a minimum of 10 years unless subject to an involuntary transfer (This item was continued from the January 16, 2008, City Council meeting.)
