Consent Agenda - A resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend the Suffolk Airport Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension Construction Agreement 8. Consent Agenda - An ordinance approving revised job descriptions for positions in the Department of Public Utilities 9. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C12-08, submitted by K.C. Jones of Berkley Machine Works, LLC, applicant, on behalf of Coastal Holdings, LC, property owner to permit a machine shop in accordance with Sections 31-06 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance 10. Public Hearing - A public hearing regarding an ordinance to authorize the conveyance of real estate owned by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, to Davis Boulevard, LLC. The property was previously utilized for the old Nansemond County Wastewater Treatment Plant 11. Public Hearing - A public hearing regarding the transfer of public property located at 310 East Washington Street in the City of Suffolk 12. Public Hearing - An ordinance restricting through truck traffic on a certain section of Pittmantown Road 13. Ordinances - Subdivision Variance Request V5-07, submitted by Justin W. Nelson, property owner, requesting a variance from Section 31-514(a)(2) of the Unified Development Ordinance which requires that a family transfer parcel to be held by the immediate family member who received it for a minimum of 10 years unless subject to an involuntary transfer. THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN BY THE APPLICANT (This item was continued from the July 16, 2008, City Council meeting.) 14. Resolution - A resolution approving the proposed issuance of certain revenue bonds by the Southeastern Public Service Authority of Virginia, a portion of the proceeds of the bonds to be used to finance or refinance facilities located in the City 15. Resolution - A resolution supporting the application for an allocation of funds through the Virginia Department of Transportation Revenue Sharing Program for the Holland Road and Kenyon Road Intersection Improvement Project 16. Resolution - A resolution declaring and rescinding a local emergency 17. Staff Report - 2008-09 Reassessment Appeal Process 18. Motion - A motion to schedule a public hearing for the October 15, 2008, City Council meeting, regarding authorizing the issuance and sale of General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds, Series 2008, in the maximum amount of $18,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof 19.
