C. Phillips "Phil" Ferguson has served as Suffolk's Commonwealth's Attorney for over 30 years. Mr. Ferguson is a lifelong Suffolk resident and has over 36 years of experience in the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases. Mr. Ferguson is a leader within his profession and very active in the community, as is illustrated by the following:
