2 - GIS Data Survey - As part of the GIS Needs Assessment, an evaluation of all digital and hardcopy data sources was conducted to determine if there was a potential for using that information as a basis for GIS development. The results of the Data Survey were combined with the GIS Needs Assessment to develop a complete picture of the state of map data in the city prior to GIS Implementation.
