* Parcel, Zoning and Development Restrictions boundary locations for those parcels created during the conversion project were determined using a "best fit" methodology. Parcels that were created via Subdivision Plats after a delivery area has been accepted by the city were created using Coordinate Geometry. The parcel layer contains an attribute NTI_CREATEMETHOD detailing the method that was used to create each parcel in the GIS.
