Policies
By Court Order
All library resources (both online and hard-copy) may be used only for purposes of legal research. In addition, the library reserves the right to deny access to a patron whose behavior or treatment of library materials is disruptive to normal operation.
Pursuant to Va. Code Ann. 42.1-66
The Suffolk Circuit Court may enforce these policies by "summary process". This process may include, among other things, orders prohibiting the use of the library by individuals who fail to comply with the library policies.
