About the Plan
The City of Suffolk is undertaking the city's first bicycle and pedestrian plan. Funded by a grant from the Office of Intermodal Planning and Investment, the plan will focus on the city's two Growth Areas, which were designated in the 2015 “Suffolk 2035: A Vision for the Future, City of Suffolk Comprehensive Plan.” It will also investigate options for connecting the Growth Areas for non-motorized travelers. The City is working with consulting firm Rhodeside & Harwell on the plan.
There will be many opportunities for you to weigh in on the plan. Please check back on this page for updates!
