For your safety and enjoyment, please observe the following rules while visiting the park:
- Park OPEN sunrise to sunset, CLOSED sunset to sunrise (unless otherwise posted).
- Alcohol, fireworks, illegal substances and activities prohibited.
- Use litter receptacles
- Park speed limit is 15 m.p.h.
- All pets must be on a leash.
- Removal of dog waste required.
- Park in designated parking spaces only.
- Leave plants and wildlife undisturbed.
- Fires are permitted in grills only.
- Gasoline motors prohibited. Electric motors and self-propelled only.
- Coast Guard approved life vests required.
- Water skis, surfboards, tubes and rafts prohibited on City lakes.
- Fishing by permit only for persons 16 years and older
- Shoreline fishing in designated areas only.
- Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and Virginia Marine Resource Commission laws strictly enforced.
