You can be a vendor at one of our events. Sell your hot dogs, popcorn, chicken sandwiches and more. If you are an artist or artisan, you can display and sell your pieces to thousands who love paintings, jewelry, flowers and other items. Food, beverage, novelty and merchandise sales opportunities are available at all events.
To apply as an event vendor, please send us a picture of your set up, a copy of your menu, a copy of your price list and three references. Once received, our Concessions Committee will consider all applicants and then select vendors based on value to our guests, quality, menu variety, appearance and past festival experience.
Suffolk Recreation and Parks charges vendors a flat fee for event space and the fees vary based on the duration of the event. Every food vendor must carry liability insurance with minimum policy coverage of $1,000,000 naming the City of Suffolk as additionally insured and certificate holder.
