Maintenance

The Maintenance Division operates and maintains the City's 136 sanitary sewer pump stations.

The Maintenance Division's responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all pump stations are operating properly
• Responding to pump stations' operational impacts 24 hours a day

Please contact the Customer Service Division to report any problems you may witness with one of the City's pump stations at 514-7000. A Customer Service Representative will create a Maintenance workorder. If the call is placed outside office hours, your call will be directed to the emergency after hours number.
