Start/Stop Service

You may start or stop services by contacting Customer Service at (757) 514-7000 or you may fill out one of the following forms.

Our hours of operation are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Someone over the age of 18 MUST be at the property in order for services to be started.

Owners who request service may be required to provide proof of ownership. Tenants who request service are required to provide a copy of the lease. Landlords may also be required to have a Rental Occupancy Inspection completed by Community Development. For more information on the Rental Occupancy Inspection, please see the Rental Units page.
