AGA highlighted the report’s visual appeal, well-written format, key measures, and finances as outstanding points of the publication. To be eligible for the Certificate of Excellence, a government must incorporate into their report the program’s high standards of content, visual appeal, readability, distribution and timeliness in reporting as outlined in their judging guidelines. Ten different elements were part of the judging and had to be included in the report.
