East Washington Street Super Structure Replacement

This project was completed in June, 2023.

The City of Suffolk replaced the existing superstructure of East Washington Street (RTE. 337) Bridge over Jericho Canal. The superstructure was replaced with prestressed concrete voided slabs utilizing the existing concrete superstructure. The cracked, delaminated, and spalled areas in the abutments and wingwalls were also repaired.
