The Stay Active Virtual Fitness Challenge is for participants of all ages, fitness levels, and interests. While maintaining proper social distancing guidelines, we are encouraging everyone to complete 30 miles or equivalent of physical activity over the course of 30 days from May 25 through June 23. Be safe and do what you can. You can choose to walk, run, bike, exercise, or use any combination of moderate intensity physical activities to achieve your mileage. This challenge is free to participate. Optional T-shirts are available for purchase at registration. Participants are encouraged to share pictures, comments, and videos of their progress and achievements. At the end of the challenge, we will share your success stories and recognize outstanding achievements on our social media outlets. Registration is available from 8 May until 24 May.
