Free Mosquito Dunks

Mosquito Dunks are a biological pesticide that kills mosquito larvae (lar-vee) or young mosquitoes that live in stagnant water. Place mosquito dunks in stagnant water ponds, ditches, or containers that hold water and have or will have mosquito larvae. The dunks will be effective for about a month.

Dunk Requirements

Each household can receive a Mosquito Dunk packet once a month. The individual receiving the packet must be 18 years old, show proper identification and give their name, address, phone number, and sign the signature sheet that follows the information sheet.  Households that receive more than one package per month will forfeit their right to receive a Mosquito Dunk package the following month. You must read the label that is supplied with the Mosquito Dunk. Your signature on the signature sheet verifies that you have read the label and assume all responsibility regarding the application and use of this product.

Free Tire Disposal For Residents

Residents can dispose of four tires a day at the Regional Landfill.  Tire Shredder Services Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
