Senior Programs
Suffolk Parks and Recreation offers a variety of activities for individuals ages 55+ at East Suffolk and Curtis R. Milteer Sr., Recreation Centers. We have partnered with Senior Services of Southeastern VA to provide transportation and nutrition programs to the citizens of Suffolk. Membership to the Senior Program is only $5 per year! Members enjoy access to trips and excursions, special events, health screenings, wellness activities and fitness classes. Every year we celebrate the holidays with our annual Holiday Gala and love is in the air at our Sweetheart Ball. Wii Bowling tournaments and bridge clubs are also opportunities for our members to socialize and have fun. For more information contact us at 514-4500 (ESRC) or 514-7100 (CMRC).
