Planter's Club Rentals
With a beautiful view of the Nansemond River, the Planter's Club is a great medium-sized facility for your private event. The facility includes a 2,500 square ft. banquet room with a raised stage and a wet bar, a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a 450 feet open deck. The facility has a maximum limit of 144 people. Tables and chairs are included in the rental.

How to Reserve the Planter's Club:
1. Review the pricing.

All rentals must be a minimum or four (4) hours for the event. Each rental requires a refundable $150 deposit and a $25 non-refundable application fee. The setup fee for each rental is $50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours at the reduced rate.

Tours are available upon request. Please call our administration office to schedule a tour. Tours can be made prior to or after a reservation is made.

All rentals are subject to availability on a first-come, first served basis at the time of reservation. Rentals may be reserved in person only with payment of $25 application fee and $150 refundable deposit. No "holds" can be made over the phone.
5. Complete the City of Suffolk Facility Application.
6. Reserve your date in person at our administration office.
The administration office is located at 134 South 6th Street Suffolk, VA 23434. The office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The $25 application fee and $150 refundable deposit ($175 total) are due at the time of reservation. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, money order, credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express (we apologize for the inconvenience).
