This project provides a safer way for pedestrians and cyclist to access amenities in the area.  

The multi-use path is 10 foot wide by 1,100 linear feet along the east side of Shoulders Hill Road from Weatherby Way / Belmont Boulevard to Bennett's Creek Park Road.  It is also ADA compliant. 

Other improvements included pedestrian crossings, drainage and new curb and gutter.   

The project was completed in October 2023.
