The Administration Division provides the executive management and overall direction for the City's utility systems' operation, inclusive of 6 operating divisions with 126 employees.
The Administration Division's primary responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive planning of the City's water and sanitary sewer systems, including but not limited to the development of new water sources, expansion of the water and sewer transmission and collection systems, and development of new plant facilities
- Coordination with City, State, and Federal agencies
- Ensuring that the department complies with all regulatory standards
