Driveway/ROW Application – Required for any ingress/egress from a public road to residential property.

Common Plan of Development 1 acre or greater disturbance Required for all single family dwellings within a common plan of development (subdivision) and/or for any land disturbance =/> 1 acre of total land disturbance.

Outside of Common Plan of Development – Required for all single family dwellings outside of a common plan of development (subdivision) and < 1 acre of total disturbance.
