For those citizens that may be dealing with storm debris issues following Hurricane Dorian, Suffolk Public Works Refuse Division will waive the 12 cubic yard limit FOR STORM DEBRIS ONLY effective immediately through Friday, September 20th.
As of July 1, 2019, residents receive twelve (12) special bulk collections a year of up to 12 cubic yards for each household at no charge. Please place your items curbside no earlier than 24 hours before your regular refuse collection day but no later than 7 a.m. on the day of collection.
