BREEDLOVE VAUGHN


Vaughn T. Breedlove is a member of the General District Team. Vaughn received his degree of Bachelor of City Planning in 1992 as a graduate of The University of Virginia, School of Architecture. Vaughn received his degree of Juris Doctor in 2000 as a graduate of The University of Richmond, The T.C. Williams School of Law. Additionally, Vaughn is responsible for the Habitual Offender Restoration Division of the Suffolk Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Vaughn is a former Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Portsmouth. Vaughn is an Adjunct Professor at Tidewater Community College and Hampton University. In his spare time, Vaughn enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
