About Major Garvin 

Major Cassandra Garvin joined the Suffolk Police Department in 2007 and has worked in various areas of the Department, to include Uniform Patrol, Administration, and Professional Standards. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She was promoted to the rank of Major in 2019.
