Shannon performs administrative/clerical work in assisting customers of the City and answers the main switchboard for all incoming phone calls. She greets and provides assistance to visitors of Suffolk City Hall and is well-versed in the operations of various City Departments as as to best assist the public and direct their inquiries appropriately. She provides clerical assistance to members of the department, assists with accounts payable, facilitates the Director's calendar and also maintains a listing of local Civic Leagues and Homeowner's Associations.
