Andy is responsible for all engineering and administrative work managing the operations of the City's Municipal Access TV Channel (Channel 190) and streaming services. He produces and edits programs of local interest for the channel, including City Council, Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission meetings, and special events. In addition, he oversees the technical operations of the City's television studio. Andy is also responsible for engineering associated with the production and presentation of municipal programming, scheduling productions, and producing various video presentations. Andy also creates public service announcements for departments and events. He also serves as a Public Information Officer for the City, Fire and Police departments.
